We are an artisanal food and craft spirits company with honey at our core.
Our HQ is located in Long Eddy which is in the Western Catskills, but our open positions are based in NYC. We are woman owned business and were established in 2010. Our 100% NY raw wildflower honey is the star ingredient in our finely crafted products, from hand-rolled chocolate truffles, apple cider vinegar and ketchup to our highly acclaimed award-winning whiskey. Our CEO & Founder, Claire Marin, is a beekeeper turned Distiller and we have just opened one of a handful of female owned and operated distilleries in the US. We will be launching Pollinator Gin & Vodka, all distilled from NY grains and infused with pollinator-friendly botanicals, which will be grown on our property upstate.
Our products not only taste good, but do good- a percentage of sales goes to environmental causes that focus on saving our beloved pollinators.

Operations manager:
Our busy, client-focused office needs a reliable, well-organized Operations Manager to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, procurement and time management. The person in this position will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, receiving orders, setting up deliveries to customers and distributors, communication with our co-packers, setting up pick-ups with transportation companies, office staff support and task optimization. Tech savvy is super necessary. Graphic design skills are a plus! Support at events and markets which often occur in the evenings or weekends are also required occasionally, as well as willingness to work flexible hours. We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. We are all busy bees here and we support each other! This position will include advancement opportunities for the right candidate after a 30-day probationary period. Valid driver’s license necessary.
Compensation: Salaried, varies DOE, 45,000-60,000
Sales manager:
Our growing list of customers need your attention! You will succeed by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the companies customer base and ensures its strong presence in the farm to table and cocktail world of NY and NJ. Managing our customer list and activating new accounts, communicating details with all other departments within our company about each customer and generating ideas together to support them. Objective setting, performance monitoring of sales, and setting up frequent tasting appointments will yield success. Support at events and markets which often occur in the evenings or weekends are also required occasionally, as well as willingness to work flexible hours. We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. If you like meeting with chefs, mixologists, and shop owners you will be a happy bee here. This position will include advancement opportunities for the right candidate after a 30-day probationary period. Valid driver’s license necessary.
